The purpose of this policy is to avoid misunderstanding if an original work you send seems similar to a Athena Studios produced or supported project. The Materials might duplicate efforts made previously by members of our own staff or by other third parties, or we may have already used Materials similar to the material being submitted which was previously submitted by others, or we may commence using Materials similar to the material being submitted that we receive after the date of such submission.

All Materials shall be deemed and shall remain the sole property of Athena Studios and shall not be subject to any obligation of confidentiality on the part of Athena Studios. Without limiting the foregoing, Athena Studios shall be deemed to own all known and hereafter existing rights of every kind and nature regarding the Materials and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Materials for any purpose, without compensation to the provider of the Materials.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia (United States), excluding any laws that might direct the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. We may store and process Personal Information on servers or on a cloud located in the United States and elsewhere. Any action relating to the content of the Site or these Terms must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Atlanta, Georgia, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
